Permanent Tooth Replacement
Precision implantology, in-house ceramic lab.

A dental implant replaces a lost tooth from the root upward — giving you a stable, lasting foundation for a ceramic crown, bridge, or full-arch prosthesis. Our implantologists work with 3D CT planning, guided surgery, and an on-site master dental laboratory, so crowns are fabricated with the precision of custom craftsmanship.

Suitability for dental implants depends on individual bone volume, systemic health, and clinical findings. A 3D CT scan and consultation are required before any treatment plan or cost estimate can be provided.

Treatment options

Single Tooth Implant

One implant with a fully ceramic zirconia or IPS e.max crown. Natural emergence profile, no impact on adjacent teeth.

from approx. €2,200 per implant incl. crown

Multiple Implants

Two or more individual implants to replace several teeth independently, or as pillars for an implant-supported ceramic bridge.

individual assessment required

All-on-4 / Full Arch

Four to six implants support a complete fixed jaw prosthesis — fabricated and fitted in our in-house lab, often in a single extended appointment.

from approx. €15,000 per jaw

Bone Grafting

When bone volume is insufficient, targeted augmentation procedures restore the foundation for implant placement. Most All-on-4 cases do not require grafting.

The process

1

3D CT scan & analysis

Cone-beam CT provides a precise volumetric view of bone quality, quantity, and anatomical structures — the basis for accurate implant planning.

2

Digital implant planning

Using 3Shape software, your implantologist plans exact position, angulation, and depth before the surgical appointment.

3

Guided placement (under sedation if desired)

The implant is placed through a minimally invasive protocol. Sedation or general anaesthesia is available at the clinic.

4

Healing phase

Osseointegration takes approximately 8–16 weeks depending on bone density and location. A provisional restoration maintains aesthetics and function.

5

Ceramic crown or prosthesis

Your final restoration is fabricated in our in-house master lab — zirconia or IPS e.max, colour-matched to your adjacent teeth.

Frequently asked questions

With good oral hygiene and regular professional cleaning, implants can last a lifetime. The ceramic crown may need replacement after 15–20+ years, depending on wear. We design every restoration for long-term durability.

Implant placement is performed under local anaesthesia and is generally not painful during the procedure. Post-operative discomfort is typically mild and manageable with standard analgesics. Sedation or general anaesthesia is available if you prefer.

Yes. Many of our implant patients travel from abroad. For straightforward single implants, treatment can often be split across two visits. All-on-4 cases may require a minimum of two stays of several days each. We provide detailed scheduling guidance after your clinical assessment.

This depends on implant position and diameter. Our 3D planning software determines suitability precisely — in many cases where other clinics advise bone grafting, guided placement techniques allow us to proceed without additional procedures. A final answer always requires your CT scan.
