How online consultation works — and its limits.
We offer preliminary online consultations for international patients and for those who prefer to clarify questions before travelling to the clinic. This page explains what we can assess remotely, what requires an in-person appointment, and how to prepare for your visit.
What we can assess remotely
- ✓General suitability orientation based on photographs and clinical history
- ✓Preliminary discussion of treatment options and realistic outcomes
- ✓Review of existing X-rays or CT scans from your home country
- ✓Indicative cost ranges for the treatments you are considering
- ✓Scheduling and logistics planning for your clinic visit
What requires in-person examination
- →Binding treatment plan and exact cost estimate (Heil- und Kostenplan)
- →Our own 3D CT scan and intraoral scan
- →Final assessment of bone quality and implant suitability
- →Digital Smile Design mock-up and try-in
- →Any clinical procedure
What to prepare
→Panoramic X-ray (OPG) or 3D CT from your home dentist, if available (digital file preferred)
→List of current medications and any known allergies
→Brief dental history — what treatments you have had, what problems you experience
→Photographs: frontal smile, side profile, close-up of teeth (natural light, no filter)
