In-house master dental laboratory
15–20+ years
Many of our patients have spent years – sometimes decades – avoiding mirrors, declining invitations, or covering their mouths when they smile. Dental problems affect far more than appearance. They affect confidence, social life, and often general health. If you recognise yourself in this, you are not alone. And more importantly: a lasting solution exists.
A full mouth rehabilitation at z-aesthetic is not a rushed procedure. It is a carefully planned, individually designed restoration of your entire dentition – from the first consultation to the final fitting. Every crown, every implant, every ceramic restoration is crafted in our in-house master dental laboratory, where your dentist and dental technician collaborate side by side, every single day.
What is full mouth rehabilitation?
Full mouth rehabilitation – also referred to as complete dental restoration or total mouth reconstruction – is a comprehensive, individually planned treatment to restore all or most teeth in both the upper and lower jaw. It may include dental implants, ceramic crowns and bridges, veneers, periodontal treatment, and bite correction. At z-aesthetic, every full mouth rehabilitation is completed using materials manufactured in our own dental master laboratory – without external dispatch, without information loss, and without compromise.
Who is a candidate for full mouth rehabilitation?
- ✦Multiple missing or severely damaged teeth
- ✦Teeth heavily worn from grinding (bruxism)
- ✦Significant decay or gum disease left untreated for years
- ✦Ill-fitting dentures or failed restorations from previous treatment
- ✦Large existing fillings that have structurally weakened your teeth
- ✦Jaw pain, bite problems, or TMJ dysfunction
- ✦Desire for a complete aesthetic and functional transformation
- ✦Previous dental experiences that left you hesitant to seek care again
Your journey at z-aesthetic
Initial consultation – no treatment, no pressure
The first appointment is for listening. We take time to understand your history, your concerns, and your goals. There is no obligation, no immediate treatment plan, and no pressure. Just an open conversation with your treating dentist.
3D diagnostics – precision from the very start
Using our DVT scanner and 3Shape intraoral scanner, we create a precise three-dimensional model of your entire dentition, bone structure, and bite. This is the foundation for a treatment plan that leaves nothing to chance.
Digital Smile Design – see your result before we begin
Using Digital Smile Design (DSD), we simulate your future smile in 3D. You will see exactly what your restored teeth will look like – matched to your face, your proportions, your wishes – before a single tooth is touched. You approve before we begin.
Laboratory planning – dentist and technician working together
Unlike most clinics, your dental technician comes to meet you before treatment begins. Together with your dentist, they plan every detail of your restoration – shape, colour, material, bite – with full knowledge of your individual anatomy.
Treatment in clearly defined phases
Comprehensive restorations are completed in logical, manageable phases: periodontal treatment first, implant placement second, provisional restorations to test function and aesthetics, and finally the definitive ceramic restorations.
Final fitting and long-term aftercare
When your permanent restorations are fitted, your dentist and technician both verify the result together. Long-term follow-up appointments ensure your investment is protected for decades to come.
Why our in-house laboratory makes the difference
In most dental clinics, impressions are sent to an external laboratory – sometimes days away, sometimes abroad. Information is lost in translation. At z-aesthetic, your dental technician is in the same building as your dentist. They meet before your treatment begins, they collaborate throughout, and they verify the result together at the end.
This direct communication means your restorations are not manufactured to a specification on paper – they are crafted with a full understanding of your individual anatomy, your bite, your face, and your expectations. z-aesthetic manufactures all ceramic restorations using a 5-axis CNC milling system, IPS e.max pressed ceramic, and zirconia – exclusively premium materials with no exceptions.
Nervous about dental treatment? You are not alone.
A significant proportion of our full mouth rehabilitation patients have avoided dental care for years – or even decades – due to past negative experiences. We understand this, and we take it seriously.
At z-aesthetic, every appointment can be supported with nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation, conscious IV sedation, or general anaesthetic administered by our dedicated anaesthetic team. You choose the level of support you need. There is no judgement, no rush, and no pressure to proceed faster than you are comfortable with. Many of our most nervous patients tell us that the anticipation was the hardest part.
Investment and payment options
Full mouth rehabilitations at z-aesthetic typically range from approximately €15,000 to €60,000 depending on the extent of treatment, the materials selected, and whether implants are required. Single dental implants including the ceramic crown are priced between €2,500 and €4,500. Individual ceramic crowns range from €800 to €1,500 per tooth. A precise, written cost plan is always provided following your initial diagnostic appointment — before any commitment is made.
A comparable full mouth rehabilitation at a private clinic in the United Kingdom typically costs £30,000–£80,000 or more. Patients from the UK or UAE travelling to z-aesthetic typically save 30–45% whilst receiving the same premium implant systems (Straumann, Nobel Biocare), the same IPS e.max and zirconia ceramics, and in-house master laboratory craftsmanship.
Payment options include interest-free financing for qualified patients and phased payment plans aligned to your treatment stages. Private dental insurance (including most UK and international policies) may reimburse a portion of the treatment — we will advise you on reimbursement options at your consultation.
All prices are indicative orientation values. Exact costs are confirmed only after individual examination and diagnosis.
