At z-aesthetic, each rehabilitation is preceded by a structured diagnostic phase using Digital Smile Design (DSD) and digital occlusal analysis. You see your projected outcome before a single tooth is touched. Treatment is then executed in sequenced phases that allow your tissues to heal and adapt, and that give you functional and aesthetic feedback at each stage.
Complete rehabilitations require thorough individual planning. Total investment, number of appointments, and treatment duration vary considerably between patients. All figures given here are indicative only.

Phased Protocol — No Surprises

Typical Treatment Sequence
Comprehensive Diagnostic Phase
Full-arch photography, panoramic and CBCT radiography, digital bite registration, periodontal charting, and TMJ assessment. All data is collated into a diagnostic wax-up and DSD simulation.
Digital Smile Design Presentation
We present the DSD simulation and a temporary mock-up applied to your teeth without any preparation. You experience your new smile in your own mouth before any irreversible step is taken.
Surgical & Periodontal Phase (if required)
Implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, crown lengthening, or periodontal surgery are completed and allowed to heal. This phase is sequenced before any definitive prosthodontic work.
Provisional Prosthetics
High-quality long-term provisionals are placed that exactly replicate the planned final result. You wear these for a minimum of 8–12 weeks, allowing us to refine aesthetics, phonetics, and occlusal comfort before committing to final ceramics.
Definitive Ceramic Restorations
Once provisionals are approved, the final restorations—fabricated in our in-house master lab in zirconia, e.max, or a combination—are placed. Colour, morphology, and surface texture are transferred directly from the approved provisional.

A structured recall schedule (professional hygiene, occlusal monitoring, radiographic review) protects your investment. We provide a detailed maintenance protocol tailored to your rehabilitation.
